Michelín calienta motores, en USA ya brindan por las nuevas estrellas, con pocos cambios. Desde que la guía se puso en marcha en 2005, se ha adjudicado estrellas a sólo 126 de los miles de restaurantes de Nueva York.
The Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare, Le Bernardin, Eleven Madison Park, Jean-Gorges, Masa and Per Se han obtenido la máxima distinción con tres estrellas. No hubo nuevos restaurantes agregados a la categoría de tres estrellas, y sólo ocho restaurantes han ganado el honor en la última década. Os paso la lista, por si andáis preparando un #Gastro viaje por los USA, o por simple curiosidad. O para encontrar inspiración en los nombres… O para lo que sea.
