I have participated as Speaker in the IV edition of Gastromarketing, an event that is more than gastronomic marketing. My paper Experiential Marketing in the techno-digital era has talked about how to put the customer at the center through storylistening.

My paper “Experiential Marketing in the Techno-digital era” has talked about how to put the customer at the center through storylistening. Unites marketing, innovation and gastronomy in the same event. A pioneering congress, especially aimed at Hospitality and Gastronomy entrepreneurs, where the greatest experts in each subject give the keys to professionalize and improve any gastronomic marketing strategy.
