For the second year in a row, I have been part of the valuation Court for the year.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participating in activities like this is for me a breath of fresh air, which helps me to have the vision of how the new generations of Horeca understand gastronomy and experience. Como emprendedora fund\u00e9 IdeaFaktory en M\u00e9xico (2005); de vuelta en Espa\u00f1a fund\u00e9 EATapp (2009) que fu\u00e9 un absoluto fracaso empresarial del que aprend\u00ed m\u00e1s que en mil masters; funde evaballar\u00edn (2010) y co-fund\u00e9 Tanit Ibiza Conexi\u00f3n (2021), un proyecto que impulsa el talento femenino.
